Thanks for playing in the 2008-2009 Struggle for the Steak! The results have been audited and the winners are:
First Place: John Lake, 113 points
John says: "It's really exciting to win the Struggle For The Steak a second time, I really enjoyed the bragging rights the first time. Dan mentioned my name on air several times so I received some notoriety among my friends and acquaintances. I have no real secret to guessing the score other then not to over think it and guess with my head and not my heart."
Second Place: bjd218, 98 points
Ben (a rather serious contestant) says: "I'm a little disappointed I didn't win top prize. It seems like everything I do I'm always finishing in first place so it's kind of a shock. I don't really have a strategy, I just put my 4.0 GPA from Yale to use and made my predictions that way."
Third Place: Jim Gillespie, 95 points
Jim says, "I just pay attention to the matchups and venue when I make my picks."
Congratulations to our top 3 winners and to everyone that played this year! We look forward to another fun season next year.
